Leverage

Leverage is how you get ouputs that are disproportionate to your inputs.
Leverage is the ability to get more done with less effort.

Tools are leverage. Software is leverage.
Labor is leverage. Hire people to do work instead of doing it yourself. No, you aren’t the only one who can do that task.

You should ask yourself:

When do I know when I have leverage?
Where and when should I apply my leverage?
How do I keep my leverage?

Try to pair leverage with Reciprocity. Create win-win situations.

This, to me, is perhaps the greatest example of leverage. Elon Musk speaks about how 1 minute of high-quality thinking is a million dollars impact on Tesla.
